Set up and validation of analytical methods for quali-quantitative determination of drugs and their metabolites by means of HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)

The needs of pharmaceutical companies to assess the quality of the drugs spurred us to enlarge our research towards set up and validation of analytical methods by means of HPLC or/and CE, in order to determine active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and their impurities in commercially available drugs and/or their metabolites in biological fluids for PK or PD studies. These analytical techniques are also performed for the search and quantification of compounds of legal and toxicological interest.
