Fine del ciclo: 31 dicembre 2025
- Inviare al Collegio dei Docenti la relazione finale e la richiesta di ammissione all’esame finale entro il 30 novembre 2025.
- Consegnare la tesi finale al Collegio entro il 31 dicembre 2025.
Dottorande/i con inizio il: 1° aprile 2023 (Quarto Bando)
Fine del ciclo: 31 marzo 2026
- Inviare al Collegio dei Docenti la relazione finale e la richiesta di ammissione all’esame finale entro il 28 febbraio 2026.
- Consegnare la tesi finale al Collegio entro il 31 marzo 2026.
È possibile richiedere una proroga per la consegna della tesi, presentando apposita richiesta al Collegio dei Docenti con motivazione adeguata e approvazione del docente tutor.

Una volta ricevute le tesi, il Collegio dei Docenti nominerà due revisori per ciascuna tesi. Dopo la valutazione positiva di entrambi i revisori, il Collegio potrà deliberare l’ammissione all’esame finale, indicando la composizione della commissione giudicatrice e la data dell’esame.

End of cycle: October 31, 2025
- Submit the final report and the request for admission to the final examination to the Academic Board by September 30, 2025.
- Submit the final thesis to the Academic Board by October 31, 2025.
PhD candidates who started on: January 1, 2023 (Second Call)
End of cycle: December 31, 2025
- Submit the final report and the request for admission to the final examination to the Academic Board by November 30, 2025.
- Submit the final thesis to the Academic Board by December 31, 2025.
PhD candidates who started on: April 1, 2023 (Fourth Call)
End of cycle: March 31, 2026
- Submit the final report and the request for admission to the final examination to the Academic Board by February 28, 2026.
- Submit the final thesis to the Academic Board by March 31, 2026.
It is possible to request an extension for the thesis submission. The request must be submitted to the Academic Board, include a valid justification, and be approved by the PhD supervisor.

Once the theses have been submitted, the Academic Board will appoint two reviewers for each thesis. After receiving two positive evaluations, the Board may approve the candidate’s admission to the final examination, also confirming the composition of the examination committee and the exam date.
